Dear cousin,

Before you buy your house you have to make sure it is the right one for you. That is why I would like you to make sure it has a good alarm system. This is vital in case a burglar breaks in. Also make sure that the house has had all of its inspection checks done like termites and mold. If they get in your house it will be quite a problem which could force you to move out for awhile. Also one last piece of advice I would like you to check is make sure that you have had is that to make sure its in a good area. If it is in a bad area their might be more menacing types.
