Soil is the upper layer of earth's surface that is comprised of rich organic matter. The soil particles are often affected by the wind, as it carries these materials from one place to another by the agents such as wind and water. The sediments are transported by various method such as sliding, rolling, saltation and suspension. The comparatively finer particles are easily carried by the wind in suspension mode.
So, the wind can easily carry the smallest soil particles in suspension mode.
