Anger can be destructive in many ways.

<u>Explanation:</u>

Anger is a healthy emotion. It does give us a chance to vent out the negative feeling and motivate to find out solutions to our problems. But destructive anger can lead harm a person.

For example: An angry person might get aggressive towards another person and hit him. So, anger can lead to violence. Anger also weakens focus or concentration in work. Anger effects one’s health. It effects adversely on the digestion process of the body, can lead to headache and increase anxiety.
