6. INFORMATIVE/EXPLANATORY Think of the reading you do every day. In a short paragraph, give an example of
KatRina [158]

This is a personal question, which means that only you can answer it. However, I can give some examples that might help guide your work.

An example of a primary source that you might encounter in your own life is that of a news article. As this article is likely to be written by a reporter witnessing the events, it can be considered a primary source. On the other hand, an example of a secondary source would be a non-fiction book that talks about a historical event. This is because such a book would give a second-hand account of an event based on historical information.

Explain how the conclusion of the French and Indian War affected Britain, the colonists, and American Indians in the region.
DIA [1.3K]
At the end of the F & I War, Britain gained control of the Ohio River Valley. Colonists thought that this would allow them to more easily move west. However, the British government had decided to leave all lands West of the Appalachian Mts (according to the Proclamation of 1763) be given to the Indians. This would keep peace in the area and avoid another war between colonists and Indians. The colonists were very angry about this decision. They had fought and died for the land and now were being forced out.

Why would Americans have been angered by the Zimmermann note? *
Yanka [14]
The telegram was considered perhaps Britain's greatest intelligence coup of World War I and, coupled with American outrage over Germany's resumption of unrestricted submarine warfare, was the tipping point persuading the U.S. to join the war
