So, the healthy level of weight is (500 × 4) = 2000 gm i.e. 2 kg.

So, the heaviest baby with weight 28.6 ounces have to gain weight to reach a healthy level by (70.548 - 28.6) = 41.948 ounces ≈ 42 ounces. (Answer)
