It is called medieval literature to all those works written mainly in Europe during the Middle Ages, that is to say, during the approximately thousand years passed from the fall of the Roman Empire of the Occident until the beginnings of the Renaissance at the end of century XV. The literature of this time was composed basically of religious writings, a broad and complex concept, ranging from the most sacred to the most profane. Because of the great spatial and temporal amplitude of this period, it is difficult to speak of medieval literature in general terms without falling into simplifications. For this reason, it is more appropriate to characterize literary works by their place of origin, language or genre

In my opinion, the correct answer is C. He is filled with joy. When he got the information that he would leave Colonel Lloyd's plantation, he lived through three most ecstatic days of his life. He was eagerly awaiting the moment of departure, wondering what would happen next. To say that he was just optimistic wouldn't be accurate enough.

Sever21 [200]

Answer:

The first three points are what they (the cats) are related to, how they seem to act, and how they are throughout the story. These points will help explain the differences in the story. In "The Golden Cat" the cat is related to the sun, but in "The Cat and The Moon" the cat is being compared to the moon.

The cat in "the golden cat" acts like the sun because he watches over people. The cat in "the cat and the moon" does not seem to care as much about people, similar to how the moon feels to some people. The line "he makes the fields and meadows purr" in "the golden cat" describes the cat is wonderful. The cat in the "cat and the moon" is described as being scared. This can be seen in the lines "the pure cold light in the sky trouble his animal blood. Minnaloushe runs in the grass."

There are two more points on the differences. The cat in the "golden cat" acts domestic, but the other cats in the cat and the moon act absolutely different.
