Answer:

The correct answer is: The League of Nations

Explanation:

The League of Nations, or Society of Nations, was an international organization founded on the proposal of the U.S. president Thomas Woodrow Wilson after World War I (1919).

Its fundamental goals were to maintain peace in the World, to prevent war through collective security, resolve disputes between countries through negotiated diplomacy, and improving global well-being. The League had three main branches: the secretariat (based in Geneva), the Council and the Assembly, and a certain number of commissions and agencies.

With the onset of World War II, it became clear that the League had failed in its fundamental mission – preventing future world wars. During the War, the League Council did not hold meetings, and the secretariat was relocated to North America. After failing to prevent the war, the League of Nations was replaced with a new body – United Nations.

How did northern European artists and writers incorporate Renaissance ideas
rusak2 [61]

Answer:

Northern European artist incorporated the renaissance idea by developing new techniques to be able to paint more realistically. The writers also wrote the vernacular and addressed the themes of Humanism.

Explanation:

The Renaissance was a period of political, artistic, and economic "Rebirth" in Europe, which took place from the fourteenth century and the seventeenth century. In Northern Europe, The protestant Reformation declined the power of the catholic church, this made the focus of the renaissance art to be the people of the society rather than religious figures.

Artist developed new techniques to incorporate the renaissance ideas, for instance, Leonardo da vinci incorporated scientific principles(anatomy) into his work so as to recreate the human body in an extra ordinary way.
