Answer:

C) Digital cameras drain rechargeable batteries in a matter of moments.

This is the effect it has on the batteries.

A never mentions batteries.

B doesn't mention batteries, either.

At first I thought it was D, but I came to realize that it says CAUSE. CAUSE and EFFECT are TWO different things!

Hopefully this helped!

Answer:The reason Banksy's advice was "not to buy anything from anybody, unless it was created for sale in the first place." Was because Bansky's own art was shredded because it was going to be sold. Bansky did not want to sell his art in the first place. Which is why he says to only buy something from someone if they truly want it to be sold. Also, that it should only be okay if someone were to buy something from someone else only if the creator made it and approved of it being put up for bid or being sold.
