Why might other people get transplants before people who need a kidney transplant
Sholpan [36]
Some people might get transplants before people who need a kidney(s) because of the importance of the organ.

All organs are important and play some role, but others more important.

An example of this is a liver. The liver is crucial to survive, without a liver your body wouldn’t be able to break down foods, clot blood, and pull away and create chemicals like insulin.

It makes even bigger sense for a person in need of a new heart to get a transplant before one person to get a kidney. Without the heart working or beating, you can die in a matter of minutes.

Hope this helps you in the long run!

Explain when conformity is beneficial and when it is harmful. give examples of both
frez [133]

Answer:

Conformity, is the act of matching attitudes and behaviors to group norms. Norms are unspoken unstated rules shared by a group of individuals that guide their interactions with others.

Conformity can be harmful when an individual in the group under influence starts bullying, teasing and criticizing other people. As a result, it can bring negativity in the environment and can be harmful. Whilst conformity can be beneficial, if a person focuses in setting a social standard for example, handshakes, dressing appropriately, respecting the other person’s personal space. The person would be conforming to these social norms and will bring out positivity.
