"State of the union" address is the annual addressing of the nation by the President of US. This is a constitutional requirement as it is in this address that the President tells about important issues being faced by Americans and also offers his views on solving nation's problems.

Explanation:

The state of union is an important message for Americans by their President and it is delivered every year once or twice.

Now a days, this is being broadcasted through televisions and radios.

In this President speaks about the problem being faced in the nation, its solutions and also any change in laws and policies.

This address takes place as per the condition mentioned in Article II, Section 3 and Clause 1 of the US Constitution.

Till date 97 such addressed have been made by respective Presidents.

This message is mainly concerned about economic and financial status of the nation.

True in some cases, however law enforcement personnel will punish anyone, under certain circumstances it is much easier to do illegal activities, such as if someone were to have a dad as a cop they can get away without a speeding ticket etc.
