<u>Answer:</u>

Option C. The value of the given equation is 3x^{4}

<u>Solution:</u>

Given equation is\therefore \frac{6x^6}{2x^2} = 3x^4 i.e. \frac{6}{2}\times\frac{x^6}{x^2}[/tex]

On dividing 6 and 2 we get, 3\frac{x^6}{x^2}

we know that, \bold\frac{a^m}{a^n} = a^{m-n}\bold

Here a is x; m is 6 and n is 2.

On substituting the values we get,

3\times x^{6-2}

On subtracting 6 and 2 we get,

\bold3\times x^{4} i.e. 3x^{4}\bold

For football tryouts at a local school, 12 coaches and 42 players will split into groups. Each group will have the same numbers
Julli [10]
<span>3 is the largest common factor. Therefore, there will be 3 groups with 4 coaches and 14 players. You have to read the question carefully. When I first read the question, I thought I needed to have equal player to coach ratio in each group. I went crazy b/c I have player left over. When I read it several times, I realized I needed to have the same number of coaches per group and the same number of player per group. So the answer to the second part of the questions is 4 coaches and 14 players in each of the 3 groups.</span>

A baseball is hit straight up at an initial velocity of 150 m/s. What will be the baseball's speed when it hits the ground?
galben [10]
Assuming that the ball is launch from the ground. the initial velocity would be equal to its final velocity when it reach the ground. this is because the acceleration due to gravity is working on the ball, when it goes up decelerates up to zero, then falls back then acceleartes again until it reach the groun, where the velocity is 150 m/s
