An election is usually conducted to elect new leaders that will emerge to serve that country, state or region.

Election laws and rules should be put in place for free and fair election.

The law or rules should be such that accommodate the masses, election is from among the masses and laws should not be put in place against there interest.

Leaders should lead by example, law put it place should first be abided to by the leaders this will encourage the citizens to keep to rules.

The state should see that the laws are abided to and sanctions and penalty should be given to defaulters with no exemption of any individual this will help to achieve a fair election.
