What restrictions, if any, should be placed on our constitutional rights and freedoms?

History

Answer:

In general, the constitutional rights of the citizens of the United States should not be conditioned by any type of illegitimate regulation that places a limit on the liberty of the people.

However, the rights are relative, not absolute. This means that although everyone has rights, these rights can be regulated so that people's actions do not harm other individuals or society in general. A clear example is found in the Second Amendment, which guarantees access to weapons for every citizen of the United States. However, a person cannot acquire certain types of weapons that may pose a danger to society, but only those that can guarantee the defense of the individual and his family group.

The same is the case with other rights: rights must always be exercised in such a way that they do not limit the rights of other people.

What were the main causes of the Great Depression in the United States?
MrRissso [65]

The stock market crash started it all.

Explanation:

The stock market crash of 1929 touched off a chain of events that plunged the United States into its longest, deepest economic crisis of its history. It is far too simplistic to view the stock market crash as the single cause of the Great Depression. ... By 1929, companies had expanded to the bubble point.
