3. Satisfaction

Talk about your solution. How do you intend to solve the problem that your audience is now wants to address? This is the main part of your presentation. To do this you are to Discuss the facts. Give details to ensure the audience understands your position and solution. In clear terms state what you want the audience to do. Use Summary as you speak. Use examples, testimonials, and statistics to prove how effective your solution is. Prepare towards anticipated objections.

4.Visualization

Describe how the situation will be if nothing is done. Make the vision detailed and realistic, to create the desire to do what you recommend. The goal is to get the audience to agree with you.

5. Action

The final job is to leave the audience with specific things that they can do to get the problem solved. They are to take action now.
