Theoretically, yes. Most of the water that is used to water the crops come from an under ground reservoir that is quickly drying up. However, the dust bowl was caused when farmers kept farming the same thing to much, over and over. Hopefully we learned from that mistake, and know not to do that know, which make another drought that bad, in my opinion, unlikely.

Around this time radar was beginning to be introduced and was being developed by Great Britain to detect air raids from Germany which occurred frequently. This new strategy also caused Britain to become more defensive and withdraw troops to save their lives Germany's new strategy.
