Answer:

Dear Boss:

I am currently working from Miami Beach. I got to see 6 different celebrities so I am going to tell you in which situation I saw them. We can maybe then add some photos to publish in the magazine. This is what I have in my book of notes:

“Jessica Biel is having fun with Justin Timberlake in the Beach of one famous resort. While they are resting, Natalie Portman was playing tennis with her husband in the same resort. Around the swimming pool I get to see Leo Di Caprio and Brad Pitt enjoying some margaritas. The last celebritie I can see from where I am is Katy Perry getting ready to swim in the sea.”

Hope this information is valuable. See you in the office tomorrow!

Regards.

Explanation:

This email follows the present progressive when the reporter is describing what celebrities were doing.

Read the excerpts from Ovid’s "Pyramus and Thisbe" and Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. "Pyramus and Thisbe"
agasfer [191]

Answer:

a. Both works show a marriage denied; only Shakespeare offers background.

Explanation:

Ovid's " Pyramus and Thisbe" and William Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" both tells the story of two star crossed lovers who had to have a fatal ending due to their complicated love stories. While both stories seem to have the exact same play and theme and tone, one thing that is evidently missing from the excerpts provided in the question is that while Shakespeare provides the background of the story, telling the history of the families of two characters Romeo and Juliet, Ovid's excerpt ,misses this detail. Both shows a marriage denied, only Shakespeare offers the background for why the union was refused.
