Answer:

Monsoon is a seasonal change. It brings rain and the strongest wind in the region.

Explanation:

Monsoons determine the climate in India and South Asia. The summer monsoon brings many precipitation, humidity, and heavy rains. This period of monsoons lasts between April and September. Monsoons are especially important for India and Southeast Asia because these countries don’t have irrigation systems. The summer monsoon brings the water that is enough for the whole year. That is how rice and herb tea are growing. In India, monsoon rain is very important so that they could feed their cows and keep them healthy.

Development programs can increase an area's susceptibility to disasters. - A major increase in livestock development leads to overgrazing, which contributes to desertification and increases vulnerability to famine.
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) play a significant role in disaster prevention, mitigation response and recovery. Timely, predictable and effective information is much needed by government agencies and other humanitarian actors involved in rescue operations and decision-making processes.
