Columbus was an Italian Sea voyager and an adventurer who imagined that earth was flat and he also felt that Europe was wider and Japan was the farthermost country from china.

He finally thought that he reached Asia, but the land he jumped upon was not Asia but South America.

The new land in North America was found by an English pioneer John Cabot, but at that time British were colonizing America and the supremacy of the British made Native Americans turn towards Columbus and acclaim him to be their idol and not Cabot and that’s the reason why Washington is the District of Columbia and not District of Cabot. Columbus was not a rich man but he did not die out of poverty.

Should presidents be limited to two terms in office?why or why not
LuckyWell [14K]
The reason that they were was because of FDR famously holding four terms in office, presumably because it would be a poor example for a democratic nation to have a single elected leader for such a long period of time. There are probably multiple arguments both for and against allowing multiple terms in office, however.
