The Maze runner has to escape a "prison/test" to survive. In the 5th Wave the characters are trying to survive what they think is an alien invasion. Its set in a more apocalyptic setting.

The topic is defined as the
A. opinion
B. issue
C. main subject
D thesis statement
Alenkasestr [34]

Answer:

The correct answer is C - main subject.

Explanation:

In English, the topic of something is what the paper is centered around. For example, if you write an email and add a subject line, you are summarizing it very shortly. If I wrote a huge email explaining the benefits of healthcare, my subject would be "The Benefits of Healthcare." Therefore, C is your answer.

The answer cannot be A because your opinion is what is used to gain the topic of an essay. Your opinion is your stance on the topic and therefore is not a topic but rather your belief in the matter.

The answer cannot be B because the issue is why you would write the paper and does not mean that is what the paper will be about. For example, if my paper was misgraded, I would write an email about how upset I am. However, the topic would be to get the grade changed.

The answer is not D because a thesis statement is a broad opening into the evidence that supports the claim or topic of your essay.

I hope this helps.

Read the situation and then write sentences using the causative.
Serhud [2]

Answer:

Using a causative sentence to describe the situation:

The boxer had his nose broken during a match.

or

The boxer got his nose broken during a match.

Explanation:

The verbs "have" and "get" can be used as causative verbs. That means they can indicate that the subject of the sentence is not the one who performed the action. Mostly, causative verbs are used when we wish to imply that we asked or paid someone else to do something for us. For example: I had my house painted last summer. --> I was not the one who painted the house. I paid someone to do it for me.

Having that in mind, we can take the situation in the question (the boxer whose nose broke during the match) and describe it with causative verbs in the following manner:

The boxer had his nose broken during a match.

or

The boxer got his nose broken during a match.

What is the difference between neutral and value words I Will give a brainlyst
Aleks [24]

They are not synonyms of each other, but both are used as synonyms of the word "unbiased." Each word has a very broad meaning, and the meanings only intersect when describing an unbiased opinion or view.
