The four men representing the federalist in the ratification battle are Madison, Hamilton, John Jay and Washington. At the opposite end of the spectrum, so men who did represent the anti-federalist were Richard Henry Lee and Thomas Jefferson. The central argument in this battle was the ratification of the federalism of the new-born United State of America.

The three men that represented the federalists in the ratification battle were James Madison, John Jay and Alexander Hamilton. Just in response to the question, there are three main federalists ( I have done some research just to make sure that there aren't four). They each were behind the Federalist Papers, which were written to promote the ratification of the United States Constitution.
