How does the increased mobility of our society affect us as individuals? How does it affect the way we form relationships?

Advanced Placement (AP)

It affects us in a negative way because it makes things much easier for us, yet in the future it will leave us without the ability to do the things we had to do before the mobility. It affects the way we form relationships because we don't talk in person, we talk through mobile devices.  We form relationships with people we may not even know.

How did patriarchal social organization develop in both pastoralists and agrarian societies?
loris [4]
They mostly developed because men did most of the work. Agrarian societies required hard work and toiling out in the field while pastoralism required people to take care of numerous animals at once and these animals often needed human strength and speed. Thanks to this, men were the ones who did those jobs and since they were valued more than taking care of the household, gender inequality originated.

Why couldn't Angela get a goose or a ham from the butcher for the family's Christmas dinner? A. The butcher wouldn't sell a goos
tester [92]

Answer:

C. The butcher lied and said he was out of ham and geese.

Explanation:

This is the logical option because of the experience of Angela. When she went to buy the meat from the butcher, he lied that there was no ham and geese due to the poverty state of Angela's family. Angela has no option than to purchase the pig's head which they use to cook and eat during the Christmas.
