The highest is the monarchs the rules of the land they watch over the people they collect taxes for moneyare extremly wealthy and usually dont know what it is like to be without.
second are the clergy and nobles they are put in charge of different parts of the land and are usually respected by the king they mostly dont have to pay taxes which leaves them with alot of money. the clergy are men of god and mostly work for the king and to enlighten people of god some are  also exempt from taxes
third are the knights and merchants knights work for the king in the army most are treated as heros for the service they did to their contry and are rewarded. merchants  they go around and sell profitable stuff such as life stock, jewlery, fine meterial, and other stuff. some even sell stuff to the king. both work hard and get a comftorble living.
fourth are artisans thay make stuff with their hands pottery, woven baskets, and other things that come handy. they get money for what they sell they have to travel to town to town trying to make money.
serfs are like farmers except they dont own the field the field owned them they could not be sold but also couldnt leave they worked the land for the owner.
