I believe the correct answer from the choices listed above is option A. Life on Earth would be different if Earth’s axis were not tilted with respect to its orbit because there would be no seasons if this is the case. As the earth moves in its orbit around the sun, different parts of the earth receive different amounts of direct sunlight which is responsible of the different seasons we have.
