To find out the time in between a different time you can add in segments, you can add 15min to 2:45, to make it 3:00, then add 60 more minutes to make it 4:00, so now we have 75 min, then add 20 minutes to get the time to 4:20 pm, you then add up all the segments, which equal 95 minutes. In hours it would be 1 hour, and 35 minutes. Hope you understand that, of not, tell me, and ill fix it and make it more understandable.

2:45 pm + 1 hour = 3:45 pm, 3:45 pm + 15 minutes = 4:00, 4:00 pm + 20 minutes = 4:20 pm, 15 minutes + 20 minutes = 35 minutes. So, Therefore, the answer is 1 hour and 35 minutes.

Which of the following is correct equation for the trend line in the scatter plot? A. Y= 2/5 x -2 B. Y= 5x-1 C. Y= 5x +5 D. Y= -
Dafna11 [192]

Answer: C. Y = 5x + 5

Step-by-step explanation:

    We need to write, or decide on, the equation for the blue line as this line represents the trend line for this scatter plot. We will write this in slope-intercept form. See attached for a visual.

    First, we will find our slope. We will use \frac{rise}{run} for this since we have a graph with clear points. See attached, we count up [5] and then count to the right [1] for a slope of 5.

     -> Slope = 5

   Now, we will find our y-intercept. This is where the line intersects the y-axis. The line hits the y-axis at point (0, 5) giving us a y-intercept of 5.

     -> Y-intercept = 5

   Lastly, we will write our equation and decide on an answer.

y = mx + b

y = (5)x + (5)

Y = 5x + 5

             C. Y = 5x + 5

matrenka [14]
First, you add 1 to both sides. Then square both sides to get rid of the square root. After that you just solve it like a normal equation when you are left with 4x-2=9.

Cual es la constante de proporcionalidad de 1/2 ?
vivado [14]

Answer:

Therefore, the relationship given in the table is proportional. When we look at the above table when x gets increased, y also gets increased, so it is direct proportion. Substitute 2 for x and 1 for y. So, the constant of proportionality is 1/2.
