(DIGITAL ART) Would my art improve if I used thinner lines and use more shapes?

Honestly, I like using thicker lines, but I think if you were going to use thinner lines it would look just as good, if not better, if you darkened the line and brightened its surroundings. Using more shapes isn't a bad option, just don't use so much that your art becomes incomprehensible or meaningless. Don't make the shapes look random, unless you're doing something like a zendoodle.

I would fold it to were you can cut it with scissors. Cut shapes out of the toilet paper roll middle to your satisfactory. Unfold the toilet roll thingy. You have a snow flake!

Explanation: The reason I would do it this way is because I use paper, fold it up, cut shapes out of it to my satisfactory, and unfold the paper. You could do the same with the toilet paper middle of roll thing!

It was a movement in art during the 18th and 19th centuries. Defined by Friedrich Schlegel as "literature depicting emotional matter in an imaginative form." Imagination, emotion and freedom were the focal points. Believed that imagination was superior to reason.

When Europeans first saw African sculptures and masks they may have perceived it as inferior due to its lack of symmetry and perspective. While European art is traditionally known for its depictions of landscapes and murals, these African art forms were something completely new and out of the ordinary. If they know about the rituals and cultural/spiritual significance of the masks and sculptures, this may have helped them understand why it means to much to them and why they made this.
