What you will see when you look at the dermis of a hand in a manual worker is callus.

Further explanation

Calluses are a skin disease caused by excessive pressure and friction that can cause thickening or hardening of the skin. Calluses are formed as the body's reaction to protect sensitive skin. Calluses can cause discomfort or pain when walking. Generally, skin affected by calluses will turn yellowish.

Because the affected skin becomes thicker, the skin is also less sensitive to touch. Some calluses can form from the wrong way of walking.

The signs of calluses on your skin are:

 • Some skin feels rough and thickened.
 • Pain under the skin.
 • Some lumps harden on the skin.
 • Some skin turns dry, soft or split.

Calluses vary in size and shape, and rarely cause pain. For people who have diabetes or poor blood circulation, consult a doctor before treating your calluses because even a small injury to the foot can cause an infected wound. Consult a doctor immediately if calluses begin to cause pain or inflammation.

Some of the common causes of calluses are:

 • Too often playing a musical instrument or using hand tools can cause calluses.
 • Wear uncomfortable shoes. Narrow or high-heeled shoes can squeeze a part of the foot. Conversely, when wearing shoes too loose, the feet will rub against the inside of the shoe more often.
 • Do not wear socks. Without socks, friction will occur directly on the skin of your feet. Socks that are not suitable size can also be a cause of calluses.

For someone, who is a manual laborer, when you look at the dermis of his hand you will see CALLUS.
Mechanical stress from manual work has the effect of accelerating the multiplication of the keratinocytes on the hands and this results in the formation of callus.

aleksklad [387]

Answer:

A). EA (Early Adopters)

Explanation:

There are basically five categories of adopters namely (in no particular order):

Early adopters (EA);

Late majority(LM);

Early majority (EM);

Innovators (I);

Laggards (L).

The early adopters can be said to be trend setters. Their opinions are taken by others as they are quite young and have enough social contacts. They tend to adopt to new technologies easily, but not as apt as the innovators. The early adopters tend to show off their choice of fashion and trends and even suggest to others to buy similar products.

All the characteristics of Brandon listed in this case falls in the early adopters perfectly. Therefore we can say that brandon is an early adopter(EA).

Option A is correct.

Over the last two decades the combination of the internet, high definition TV, and the surround sound has revolutionized watchin
Arturiano [62]

Explanation:

Let us understand the situation and analyze the inter-dependency and growth:

Initially, people like to watch movies on theater, because of big screens which was not available at home. Later on, home theater came into existence. Since the home entertainment has been created equivalent to theater, going to theater became second chance.

Now the theater has to introduce sounds like "Dolby ATOMS or other effects" to keep up the level. Now the trend is to watch film on mobiles through mobile applications.

Again now, theater has to think of few other alternatives like bringing additional comforts, luxuries and other entertainment for kids like small rides and games to attract the customer towards the theater.

So the technology and infrastructure changes plays major role.

Nelson Company's Radio Division currently is purchasing transistors from Charlotte Co. for $3.50 each. The total number of trans
melamori03 [73]

Answer:

The range of possible transfer is $ 3.25 to $ 3.50

Explanation:

Data provided:

The purchasing cost of the transistor = $ 3.50

The total number of transistors needed = 8,000

The production cost of the transistor = $ 4.00

The included variable cost = $ 3.25

The included fixed cost = $ 0.75

Now,

the fixed cost cannot be altered, thus it will be there

hence,

the variable cost will be the factor that will evaluate the decision i.e $ 3.25

therefore, the range of possible transfer is $ 3.25 to $ 3.50
