Cherokee Nation v. Georgia (1831) asked the Supreme Court to determine whether a state may impose its laws on Native Americans and their territory. ... Instead, the Court ruled that it did not have jurisdiction over the case because the Cherokee Nation, was a “domestic dependent nation” instead of a “foreign state."

How did you feel about trabb's boy mocking pip? how justified was this?
Elan Coil [88]

Trabb's Boy was a young lad who worked for a Tailor named Trabb in the Novel "Great Expectations". On the other hand, Pip was an orphan who the Tailor gave shelter and has evolved to become a well dressed and mannered man. In a certain way, he is the antithesis of Trapp's Boy.

In the novel, Trapps's Boy makes sure the reader is at the notice of Pip's faults. He is a character who is not afraid of what others think of his behavior. However, this does not justify the wrongdoings he has done in the past and his attitude towards Pip, as what society judges are not your emotions, but your actions.
