Because this is one of the ways we communicate with our children and what you put out in the universe is what you get back from,the universe
This is known as social infrastructure. These are called social because they are used by all people in a country and are often paid for by the country or the state owns the land on which they are built. When they are private, they often work together with the government.

I think a lot more people accept it and there attitude is more positive about it but there are still a lot of people (like me) who still think negatively about it.
