Answer:

Japan's Navy was destroyed.

Explanation:

The Battle of Midway was the battle fought between the navy of the U. S. and Japan. The battle began on June 4, 1962, and lasted for three days till June 7, 1962, and ended with the victory of the U. S. over the Imperial Japanese Navy.

The Japanese Navy attacked the Pearl Harbor before the Battle of Midway with the purpose to nullify the naval power over the Pacific. The Commander of the Imperial Japanese planned a surprise attack on the harbor and won.

After this, the U. S. code-breakers were able to decode the message of surprise attack by Japan and were able to prepare for it. This helped the U. S. to win in the battle of Midway. In the battle, Japan's four aircraft carriers were destroyed with only one of the U. S. navy.
