Answer:

On a daily basis, I generally consume chicken and beef as a source of meat.

Chicken and beef are high in protein but cost a little more than other food products.

I have learned during science classes that beef has more saturated (bad) fat in comparison to chicken and vegetable proteins, which can be harmful to human health and can raise blood cholesterol. So, we can try to replace beef with some healthy vegetable proteins such as beans

Answer:

I usually eat white meat, it includes chicken roll, fried chicken, grilled chicken. I stay away from the red meat. I think white meat is better than red meat as it contains less saturated fat than the red meat.

Our body needs healthy fat for energy and other functions, but taking too much saturated fat can increase the cholesterol level in our blood vessels. It also raises LDL cholesterol, high amount of LDL cholesterol increases our risk of stroke and diseases.

The aspects of life most influenced by culture, therefore, are the way of relating and acting in a society, shaping our values and customs.

We are also influenced by our friends from the moment in life when social identification is important for understanding the world, as in adolescence, so we create our own habits and behaviors when we are with our friends.

The media and technology are also capable of influencing our lives by instituting different opinions and values that we can identify with, such as having a political opinion and consuming certain companies.

The aspects of life that are influenced by different factors that overlap with others are those related to cultural stereotyping, which can generate prejudice and negative impacts on an individual's life.

Therefore, socialization and culture are aspects that form and identify a people, but it is necessary that at certain times in life we can develop critical thinking not to accept everything as an absolute truth, but to develop our own ideas and actions.
