<em>Labor unions are organized groups that represent the collective interest of certain professions, workers or sectors of many different fields. Sometimes a labor union will not represent a specific category, it will represent all workers of one factory or industry. </em>

<em>Labor unions are everywhere in the world, but it is required a registration or a membership for participation, which often requires some type of financial contribution.</em>

<em>The main attribution of Labor Unions is to fight for rights and benefits in favour of employees, protecting them from abusive employers or they negociate things as salary, transport, working hours and shifts, safety conditions, pensions and other issues with the company. </em>

<em>Some labor unions will make deals helping the company having their needs met together with the workforce needs, sometimes they came up with collective bargaining deals. </em>

<em>Labor Union gets involved in legal disputes, corporative meeting and deals, or sometimes held events, sports and other activities that bring their memberships together.</em>

<em>When a company is sold the labor Union will often stand there and help the passage from one owner to another regarding workers matters. </em>
