I would say that statement 3 of teaching new immigrants the new language of the new country gives them a tool to become a full-fledged citizen who can participate in the society.Statement 1 relates to amnesty for immigrants of the concept of allowing illegal immigrants who have been in the new country a path to citizenship in recognition of their contribution to society. This concept appears not to be supported by Trump now.
