Okay so Como eres means “what are you like?”. And Soy means “I am” where as Tengo means “I have”. You’re basically starting each one with “what are you like” and then answering it by starting with soy or tengo, so like, “soy deportista” means “I’m sports-minded”. Or you can say “tengo ojos azules” to say “I have blue eyes”

Which verb form correctly completes this sentence? Yo ___ ir al cine, pero tengo que hacer las tareas. A. Desea B. Deseas C. Des
wolverine [178]

Yo ___ ir al cine, pero tengo que hacer las tareas. ( I ______ to go to the movies, but I have to do the chores.)

1. All of these answer choices are conjugations of the word "desear" which means "want" in english.

2. If you look at the sentence it starts off with "yo" which means "I" in english.

3. In this case (not always) the conjugated form will end with "o".

So your answer would be C. deseo. This is because when conjugating desear in the yo form (deseo) it means "I want".

A. desea = he/she wants

B. deseas = you want

D. desean = they want

(None of these are right since the sentence begins with "yo")

I hope this helps. :)
