Answer:

Yes!!!

Explanation:

It should be obvious with recent history, violence does in fact create power AND control. When someone hurts or makes someone afraid, the person will submit and obey their every command in order to avoid conflict or more pain, this creates power and control. I mean, take a look at history, the whites beat and raped the colored of everything they had, which then made them "superior " and created more problems. Now, I'm not saying that I have anything against white people, I'm just stating the facts that happened in recent history. :)

Hi there!

Violence creates both, more or less power. When you're in a fight and are winning, you ultimately are scaring the person you're fighting. You have the power to really hurt them.  If you're ruling with power, everyone will cower. There are ultimate consequences.
