There are three branches in the government such as Executive, Legislative, and judicial Branch. These three branches check and balances the work of the government. These three branches were used as in power and how they created laws. Basically they keep the government in balance and to make laws like they veto bills in order to grant the law or not.

Write two to three sentences that compare Arizona’s Article II and the Bill of Rights. Explain how they are similar and differen
coldgirl [10]
They are similar because the bill of rights was not obligatory when it was made, the states didn't have to abide by it yet because the supreme court didn't decide so. The Arizona Article II was similar to it to make sure the state abides by it. They are different for the simple reason that there are parts that are not based on the bill of rights, like the bill of rights has things not found in it, but the essence is the same.

What would life be like without the 1st Amendment?
Talja [164]

Answer:

Our lives would be ENTIRELY different. "The First Amendment states: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” This shows that different religions would be unacceptable and freedom of speech wouldnt really be there. Hope this helps :)
