Answer: no

Explanation:

"Water isn't wet by itself, but it makes other materials wet when it sticks to the surface of them."

I have gotten that from google for a no answer

But yet there is different views

"If we define "wet" as a sensation that we get when a liquid comes in contact with us, then yes, water is wet to us. If we define "wet" as "made of liquid or moisture", then water is definitely wet because it is made of liquid, and in this sense, all liquids are wet because they are all made of liquids."

Both are answered in a logicaly formation yet both have a different answer.

But both follow 1 simple pattern. What is Wet?

This artifact has a big impact in the world especially since everyone has a story. We would know nothing about Greece if it was not for the artifacts we found over the years. We got to know how they lived and how they survived. We also got to know more about their religion and how it was worshipped.

What was the effect of the Seven Years War on Native Americans?
Liula [17]
Although the conflict divided tribes and villages, the war also saw the first extensive multi-tribal resistance to European colonization in North America and was the first war between Europeans and American Indians that did not end in complete defeat for the American Indians.

What was the proclamation of 1763? Did the colonists obey it
seraphim [82]
The proclamation of 1763 forbade colonists from crossing the appalachian mountains, because Great Britain decided that if the colonists took too much land, the Indians would attack, and Britain did not want to be at war with the Indians, especially after the costly fight with France, which left their coffers (money) empty

hope this helps
