choli [55]

Answer:

Something that makes me unique, special, or different from most people is my personality. I feel good about it even if someone doesn't like it cause It's me and only I can change who I am . I honestly wish people knew how I truly felt about them and other things instead of them thinking what they want to think :)

Also, I hope you had a great day today and are doing well !!

What is the common noun in the sentence, “When Carlene is hungry, she makes a sandwich.”
Anna71 [15]

TLDR: The common noun is "sandwich".

A common noun is a person, place, or thing that isn't being described specifically. A proper noun is a person, place, or thing that is being described specifically. For example:

A house (CN), versus The White House (PN)

A Meatball Marinara (PN) versus a footlong sub (CN)

New York City (PN) versus The Big Apple (PN) versus a city (CN)

Proper nouns can typically be identified by being capitalized, however this may not always be the case! However, in this example, it is.

Start by looking for nouns - this sentence contains two, Carlene and sandwich. A sandwich is a common noun because it is generic, whereas Carlene is being specific - we're talking about a particular girl who happens to like sandwiches. Therefore, "sandwich" was the common noun in this sentence.

Hope this helps!

Think about a time you acted in anger. What made
topjm [15]

Answer:

Hmmm. Loads of times I've been angry at my sister but this time was a whole new level I took out my hurt and frustration on my brother and did something I shouldn't have. I should have let my anger cool instead of taking it out on someone else. I've learnt my lesson, when angry cool down before things get outta hand
