Parents tend to view the internet from fear and teenagers tend to view the internet from a more positive perspective.

Probably because when internet first became more mainstream, there would be a lot of safety videos about how there is a lot of danger on the internet so it might’ve cause the parents to not bother with the internet.

And for teenagers, they pretty much grew up on the internet and so younger people tend to like the internet more than older people.
