That is not acceptable. To put it simply, I once had a teacher tell me, "Your freedom of speech ends when it imposes on someone else's right to peace and happiness."
Also, those with a personality-based mental illness shouldn't be allowed to have a gun. I am not hating on people with mental illnesses, as I have about 20, but many people who end up shooting up schools and things like that have a mental illness.
