Numbers that can be written in 1-2 words can be spelled out, or smaller numbers such as twenty and eighty-six. This would include numbers like two hundred, three billion, etc. But, large numbers like 4,326 can be spelled out.
The referring to one self with pronouns such as "I" or saying phrases such as "he told me" along with narration of personal thoughts (but that is contextual)
