A customer tells you that they “must have” a particular item that you are out of in your store. You can tell that the customer i

s impatient and appears to be becoming frustrated. They explain to you that this is the second time they have been to the store to find a product they want is out of stock. Your supervisor is unavailable as they are working with another customer. Briefly describe how you would handle this.

I would keep calm and try to reassure the client. If I do not really have the product in the store, I would look for a substitute product to see customer acceptance. If he does not accept it, I apologize and ask if he or she wants to leave his or her contact so I can contact him when the product arrives at the store.

Well, if you are out of something and you tell the customer and tell him/her that when the product restocks, 10% of the price is off

Fiesta28 [93]

Answer:

I met Tom and Jane at the airport a few weeks ago. They were going to Paris and I was going to Rome. We had a cht while we were waiting for our flights.

I was cycling home yesterday when a man stepped out into the road in front of me. I went quite fast, but luckily I managed to stop in time and didn't hit him.

I saw Sue in town yesterday, but she didn't see me. She was looking the other way.

Explanation:

In English, the past continuous tense describe actions that started in the past and they continued for sometime (a short period of time) after the action began. Examples are main verbs and having "-ing": were going, was going, were waiting, etc.

While the simple past tense describes a completed action which took place in a time before now. This is usually the basic form of past tense in English. Examples are met, stepped, managed, etc.
