ion are: no-iron sheets and pillowcases, automobiles, by-products of foods cooked on the stove or in the oven, furnaces and heaters, glues and other hobby materials, air fresheners, and aerosol sprays. Of course smoking is another major source of air pollution. Smoking bans in many public places have helped reduce air pollution, but millions of people continue to smoke in their homes.
