some words can have other definitions y'know? and different parts of speech too. i look on google and boycott is a verb <em>and </em>a noun. it also has only 4 definitions, correct me if im wrong. ban has 6 definitions and has oanother definition: a curse. and boycott does not. boom got 'em °ω°
Ban, means to get rid of something completely, boycotting is basically a form of protest, were you stop buying something to show defiance to your country such as tea/stamps in the American revolution
