All they have done is given equal access to less and less so you have access to a failing collapsing product with no hope of salvation unless EVERYONE pays a fair price by what they use, and the ANC stops stealing that revenue. To expect them to stop stealing is like asking a cow to stop eating grass. It is their nature to graze on the veld maintained by others, not to grow anything themselves.
