The patriot act violates some of the rights and freedom established in the U.S constitution in an effort to combat terrorism.rights such as hibius corpus and the right to an attorney for any person accused is also not given to the person arrested under the patriot act. a fair warrant isnt required to search a place that is being searched under the patriot act and many such violation of the freedom preserved under the unted states constitutuion
