E-democracy is the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) to help people participate civically.

Explanation:

E-democracy is the combination word of electronic and democracy. It is also known as the Internet or Digital Democracy. In this 21st century, everything went digital due to the usage of mobile phones, tablets, laptops and easy availability of the Internet connection.

It uses Information and Communication Technology shorty ICS to enhance democracy. ICS is based on government and civic technology. It acts as an interface between the government and citizens. That enables the citizens to collaborate with the government through policy-making purposes, political processes and all other stages of governance.

So that people can be influenced easily just by their mobiles. In turn, they will actively participate with the government and can do their responsibilities (drafting, voting, etc) in the country.
