Answer:

D. The Lintons do whatever she asks.

Explanation:

When a dog from the Grange attacks Cathy at her intrusion, the Lintons help her by keeping her at the Grange for five weeks. This visit permits Cathy to transform into a woman very not at all like the inconsiderate, wild, puerile young lady she has been with Heathcliff and enables her to frame close relationships with Edgar and Isabella Linton, the two youngsters living at the Grange, despite the fact that her (and Heathcliff's) beginning impression of them was disdainful.

After her marriage with Edgar, the Lintons do whatever Catherine asks at Thrushcross Grange. The correct answer is D.

Edgar has seen Catherine in a temper and becomes very careful never to upset her. In Thrushcross she is treated like a princess.

What is class conflict and what are examples of class conflict?
liberstina [14]

Answer:

Class conflict is the political tension and economic antagonism between two or more different social classes usually as a result of socio-economic competition.

One of the best examples would be France in the late 1700's, where the difference between the socio-economic status of the king, nobles and clergy created a conflict that would end up with the lower classes rising up and starting a revolution.
