Nuclear weapons are banned in outer space. Any ship may sail the high seas and fish its waters as long as the ship is registered
to a state. The high seas are reserved for peaceful purposes. States are not responsible for the damage done by their spacecraft to other spacecraft in outer space. States may not claim sovereign territory in Antarctica.
