Which phrase can replace the word workaholic to give the following sentence a positive rather than a negative connotation?
OleMash [197]
The best word that can replace the word workaholic in order for it to have a positive connotation is the word INDUSTRIOUS. When we say industrious, this describes a person who works hard. In other words, hardworking or diligent. The word "workaholic" also has the same idea, but what makes this gives a negative connotation is the idea that someone works hard BUT compulsive.
