It was different because it was about deregulating the market, not about creating new regulations. Basically, Reagan believed that if you lower taxes for company owners, they can increase wages for people or hire more people and the society will become better because it has more money. Great Society was about having more regulations.

  • Brandon statement was that capitalist self-interest was of a good influence to industrial leaders, the people around these leaders and business in all.
